Bistro Five Thirty Seven
Bistro Five Thirty Seven is a full-service restaurant located within Richland Community College’s Shilling Education Center. It is operated by students in Richland’s Culinary Arts Institute and acts as a working laboratory that will provide hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. The menu will change monthly to incorporate different styles of cuisine and cooking techniques. This entrepreneurial experience is the capstone of the culinary program and ensures that graduates have the credentials and skills necessary to be successful in the culinary field.
Hours:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Lunch: 11 AM – 1 PM
Dinner: 5 PM – 8 PM

Bistro to Go Food Truck
Bistro to Go is a food truck operated by students in Richland’s Culinary Arts Institute. Students experience the day-to-day operations of a food truck – creating new menus every other month.
Hours:
Mondays & Wednesdays
11 AM – 1 PM
The food truck is typically located next to Bistro Five Thirty Seven on the west end of campus. It is also available for events.

The Cafe
The Cafe is located next to the Mueller Student Center in the college’s main building. This dining area provides a solidified menu of foods and drinks. It includes:
- breakfast items
- sandwiches
- wraps
- salads
- burgers
Hours are 7:30 AM to 2 PM daily.
