In a special April 27, 2021, meeting the Board of Trustees seated its newly elected members and conducted its reorganization. Vicki Carr and Tom Ritter, both incumbents, were re-elected and sworn in for six-year terms. Jaime Shobe-Brown was appointed by the board, filling the unexpired term of Jim Underwood. Wayne Dunning was elected chairman, Carr was named vice-chair and Dale Colee was named secretary.
