The Richland Community College Spring Plant Sale will be held this year and due to limited plant supply and greenhouse capacity restrictions it will look a bit different.
The sale will take place Friday, May 7, from 1pm-6pm and May 8, from 8am-1pm. A limited inventory of flowers, tomatoes, peppers, herbs, perennials and houseplants will be available. The greenhouse capacity is small so there will only be 10 people allowed in at one time, wait times can be expected. Masks and social distancing will be required. Only checks and credit cards will be accepted as payment, no cash please.
If you are unable to attend this event, you can support our students by buying plants during the Richland Farmers Market, held Tuesday evenings from 5pm-7:30pm, June 1 through September 28, next to the Richland Bistro Five Thirty Seven restaurant, on the west side of campus.
