Tuition Deadlines
100% of tuition and fees are due January 5, 2021 for Spring or you must be signed up for the Online Payment Plan. See www.richland.edu/cashier for more information on how to pay for your tuition. If you do not pay your tuition balance by the deadline, you will be dropped from your classes. Payment for classes added after the tuition deadline is due at the time of enrollment.
Refund Schedule
Refunds will be determined on the basis of the following schedule

Tuition Refunds
Tuition refunds will be issued to eligible students based upon the date that a written request for withdrawal is received by the Admissions & Records Office. A full refund of tuition and fees will be made if the College cancels a course. Non-attendance is not considered an official drop. Refunds will be issued after February 3.

- Pay in person at the Business Office with a check, money order, cash or credit card.
Financial Aid – You must pay your balance unless you have a financial aid award in MyRichland.

Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester for payment plan
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Spring 2021
Payment plan available October 19, 2020. You must select a payment option below by January 5, 2021 (or date of registration) to prevent losing the classes you have registered for.

All down payments and payments in full are processed immediately. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month for the Spring Semester
