Richland Community College has partnered with FreeWill, an online tool that guides you through the process of creating a legally valid will or trust. It’s easy to use and can be completed in 20 minutes. This Resource can be used on its own or used to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.
FreeWill is secure and 100% free — it can also be used to create a list of documented wishes if you’d prefer to finalize your will with a lawyer. If you have not yet thought through your estate plan, this resource can support you in doing so.
