Although everyone gives for their own personal reasons, we want to encourage our employees to be excited to support this annual campaign.
Campaign Incentives & Prizes include:
- Every employee who donates a minimum of $25 or $1 per pay period through one time gift or the online payroll deduction form will be entered into a raffle for prizes
- Any employee that increases their giving from 2023 will receive an additional entry into the drawing.
- Early Bird Drawing: Any employee that completes their online form by Monday, September 30, 2024, by Noon, will be entered into a drawing to receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
- There will be 8 gift card drawings totaling $1,000 at the conclusion event on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Join us to celebrate with pizza, popcorn, and music trivia! All are welcome!
We are asking every employee to help support our students & community by donating to the fund of their choice at Richland, United Way, or both! With your support, we will reach our campaign goal of $30,000 and 55% Participation! If we reach this goal:
- Staff Incentive | If we achieve 55% employee participation by Friday, October 4, 2024, all employees will receive a special holiday treat, a full day off on Friday, December 23, 2024!
- Faculty Incentive | If we achieve 25% Faculty participation by Friday, October 4, 2024, participating faculty will be put in a drawing for $500 in Schawndt Albert Professional Development funds used for faculty development of your choice!

We are celebrating the Employee Campaign all week long! Participate in any of the following activities to support the campaign and also earn an additional entry into our Campaign Drawings!
- Friday, September 27, 2024 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Kona Ice | 20% of Proceeds will be donated to the Richland Foundation!
- Monday, September 30, 2024 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Rockwell Coffee Truck| 15% of Proceeds will be donated to the Richland Foundation!
- Tuesday, October 1, 2024 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Taco Tuesday | 1 for $4 or 2 for $7!
- Wednesday, October 2, 2024 | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Krispy Kreme Donuts | 1 for $2!
- Thursday, October 3, 2024 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Del’s Caramel Apples | 1 for $5!
Conclusion Event
