I always wanted to pursue a career in baking and culinary arts. It was hard in the beginning. I live an hour and a half away from the college, which makes it hard to balance everything.
But thanks to scholarships, I get to take classes and go on culinary trips while working at the Bistro. I’m so grateful to every donor who made this dream a reality.
