Welcome to the Clinton Higher Education Center. As part of Richland Community College’s mission to provide innovative educational environments, opportunities, and experiences that enable individuals, communities and the region to grow, thrive and prosper – we are proud to announce the opening of a new 4,000-square-foot extension center that is located adjacent to the Clinton High School. The expansion of the extension center is part of Richland’s continued commitment to serving the students in Clinton and DeWitt County.
The Clinton Higher Education Center offers admissions, advising, registration, placement testing, virtual testing, financial aid, and many other services. Credit classes and workshops are scheduled in Clinton as well as other communities throughout Richland’s district. General Education Development (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are also provided.
